Trailblazer is honored to be one of only a handful of NGOs invited to the District Integrated Workshops. From the annual meeting we commit to work with certain villages to complete certain projects and that is how we set our budget by the needs and requests from the Cambodian people.  

• install 400 bio-sand water filters with trainings
• drill 75 wells with trainings
• build 100 latrines with sanitation and hygiene trainings 
• conduct 60 Agriculture trainings benefiting a minimum of 4,500 people 
• distribute 50 bicycles and 300 school uniforms
• conduct 55 Village Funds refresher courses
• establish 10 new Village Funds 
• introduce the Village Fund concept to 10 villages 
• assist 1 new Farmer Community Group Chicken Farmer, 1 new Farmer Community Group startup and 1 existing Farmers Group
